You are also welcome to submit your request using our ticket form. Log files can also be sent via the form. As soon as a ticket is created in our system, you will be notified via email. If you would like to be called back regarding a specific issue, please use our callback form. We will contact you as soon as possible. All inquiries are answered by our service technicians. If a request cannot be resolved immediately, our support team collaborates with other service centers and technical facilities around the world to find a solution as quickly as possible.

TeamViewer

Remote assistance .

We use the TeamViewer application as part of our remote support services. TeamViewer uses full encryption based on a 2048-bit RSA public/private key exchange and AES session encryption (256-bit). This technology is also used for https/SSL and is considered completely secure according to the current state of the art. Since the private key never leaves the client computer, this process technically ensures that intermediary computers cannot decrypt the data stream on the internet. This also applies to the TeamViewer routing server. If you have any questions, please contact our support team.
